Located at 2M Which is behind the escalator gallery, the first impressions was that the room is big and spacious like your own private suite!

The masseuses were great too, was initially worried as I usually only go to tuina massages, but turned out to be very good. The technique is a mix of tuina and southeast Asian style massage that focuses more on muscles than points.

Above average skills and worth going.

Came here on a whim (without booking, but it’s good and proper to book first before coming) as I saw the place while walking and my legs were hurting. My massage therapist was Lina and she did a very good job to soothe my tired muscles. Grateful for the two front desk ladies who accepted me though I came without booking. Must try massage place!

Now Ive attended this spa three times I simply cannot comprehend the stark difference in the reviews from best to worst. I have chronic lower leg tension from bike accidents. Both Genna and Mike were brilliant. They got my problem, identified the tension and after three sessions I’m seeing the improvement. Not only that, the decor was above average for a foot spa and spotlessly clean every time. Reception called to remind me about my appointment and seemed friendly and professional at every occasion. I really coolant find a bad word to say about the experience. Thanks to all there from Mitch Peter, you’ll be seeing me regularly.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage for 45 minutes. Wonderful, I have never seen anything like it in Saudi Arabia, their system is a traditional Chinese massage, but it is imaginary. Their location is inside the complex and its place is next to Starbucks, almost under Starbucks

Honestly I had great luck being able to walk in on a weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the foot body n shoulder session after lots of shopping and playing =) also quick shout out to my masseuse Jason who was really accommodating! would lov to visit again.

Next to the Shu Da Xia hotpot. Went in after dinner to query for slots for the next day & asked if i could WhatsApp them to make appointment. Staffs were all friendly. Made a appointment on Saturday evening for 3 persons for RM182, 90mins shoulder, back & foot. Not the cheapest but we are here to rest & relax. Strength of all 3 masseuses was good. The place is really huge too. We got a room for ourselves too. Guess everyone was having dinner at 6.30pm. Will definitely go back again !!

Stumbled upon this above Genting Resort Hotel and made enquiries with Elizabenth whom I saw at the reception. She was very accommodating when I needed her to text on handphone to facilitate communication as I am Deaf. Was assigned Jason for the body massage. It was all hits on my aching muscles and i felt so good. My brother also said that his massage therapist (can’t recall the name) was good. He obtained the Whatsapp number from Elizabeth so that we could book appointments in advance during our stay in Genting. They can provide individual room, depending on your preference. Hopefully this Oriental Signature will still be there the next time if I am back to Genting Highlands.
