Yes, we do welcome walk-in guests. However, we highly recommend making an advance reservation, especially on weekends and public holidays, to ensure your preferred appointment time and avoid disappointment.

There is no strict age limit for our treatments. We assess each guest’s needs and body condition to recommend the most appropriate therapy. For children, we provide gentle massage treatments with lighter pressure to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.

For the best spa experience, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your booking time. This allows you to settle in comfortably and choose the treatment that best suits your needs.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly request a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointment will be reserved for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

For your convenience, we accept credit cards, debit cards, vouchers, online banking, e-wallets, and cash payments. Please note that American Express is not currently accepted. Payment can be settled at the reception on the day of your spa experience.

As our treatments involve the application of oils and creams, guests are encouraged to undress to their underwear or to a level that feels comfortable for them.

Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival, our receptionist will guide you to your treatment room and prepare the space before leaving the room, allowing you to change in privacy.

Kindly note that underwear should remain worn at all times during the treatment. We do provide disposable undergarments for your convenience.

As every guest’s needs are unique, our therapists will gladly personalize the treatment by adjusting the pressure and techniques to ensure a comfortable and effective experience.
